I am getting error messages "SDK application dlghelp.dlp failed to load followed by SDK application." "RW-roof.dlo failed to load?"

This is normally caused by the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable not installing correctly or being deleted. 

It is often due to the fact that the AppliCad installation script asks if you wish to install it (you do) and many operators who are not sure, select [No] when they should select [Yes].   The C++ Redistributable is a program that must be installed, and allows Roof Wizard to reside and run in the Windows environment.
