3. Online Transactions
All online transactions are processed in Australian Dollars – AUD. If you purchase product online from another country, your bank may apply a slightly different currency exchange rate at the time of processing the transaction, this may show up as a different amount on your credit card statement to the amount you agreed to purchase our product or services for. You credit card company may also impose further transaction fees beyond the control of AppliCad.
4. Automatic Licence Renewal
AppliCad has automatic renewal for all monthly software license contracts as the sole payment option for this kind of license. In maintaining the monthly automatic licensing renewal, AppliCad:
- provides email notifications one week prior to license expiry date.
- includes an ‘opt-out’ notice for clients who do not wish to continue on a monthly auto-renewal contract.
- a monthly license may be renewed at any time after cancellation.
- note, annual license renewals may be made manually via our online shop.
We may collect and store information about you in connection with your use of our software or services. AppliCad is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us – that is all.
You are not legally required to provide AppliCad with the Personal Data described in this Privacy Statement. Further, the contractual relationship that you might have entered into with us by purchasing our Products does not imply any obligation to provide your Personal Data. However, you might not be able to use our Service to the full extent if you do not provide us with certain data or object to the use of this data.
Account Data: On some of our Sites (“Interactive Sites”), you can register for an account with your e-mail address and a password you create. If you register one of our Products, you will automatically create an account you can use to manage your licensed Products and communication settings, including making updates to your Personal Data.

AppliCad uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. Google Analytics sets a cookie in order to evaluate use of our website and compile reports for us on activity on our site and thus allow us to improve our service. AppliCad do not store any personal information in this process.

By clicking on the Terms and Conditions acceptance button the user of the AppliCad ROOF CALCULATOR accepts that AppliCad can accept no liability for the sufficiency or otherwise of the advice and suggestions made. Since the accuracy of the calculations directly rely on the inputs provided and /or accepted by the user of the tool, AppliCad cannot be held responsible for the outputs produced.
